Parental Advisory

I'm a parent so I know many of you are concerned about your children's reading material. That's why I'm now adding statistics on my website for each of my books. So you can make an informed decision on whether my novels are appropriate for your kid. I can't tell you that. All I can do is tell you what's in each book.

NOTHING LEFT TO BURN has the following:

• Profanity -- characters use words that you may find objectionable including crap, shit, hell and fuck.
• Sexual Content -- there is no sexual content in this story. There is a kiss.
• Violence -- there are several fire-fighting scenes. One involves the resuscitation of a cat. Another involves a hostage situation and results in a secondary character's death.
• Themes -- One character has a foster family. The other character's family is estranged. Death is a theme, as is suicide. No character commits suicide in this story.
